Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you connect your Instagram Business or Creator account, Wooow retrieves and stores: your Instagram user ID, username, profile picture, biography, follower count, and your public media (post URL, caption, thumbnail, media type, timestamp). We also store the email address you sign up with.

2. How we use it

We use this data exclusively to render your public portfolio page on Wooow. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising. We do not use your data to train AI models.

3. Where it's stored

Data is stored in our backend (Supabase, hosted in the EU). Thumbnails are cached in our private storage to avoid hotlinking to Instagram's CDN. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and never exposed to your browser.

4. Retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you disconnect Instagram or delete your account, all related posts, thumbnails, and tokens are permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Your rights

You can request deletion of all your data at any time via our data deletion page, or by revoking access from your Facebook/Instagram settings. We comply with GDPR and CCPA.
