Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Wooow (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Wooow is a private personal reference library. It lets you import HTML exports of Instagram posts you have personally saved, then organize, search and browse them for your own reference. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Use a strong, unique password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity.

You retain ownership of the content you import into the Service (collections, tags, notes). You grant us a limited license to store, process and display this content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import any content into your private library.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scrape, mass-collect, or redistribute third-party content.
• Violate Instagram's Terms of Service or any applicable law.
• Attempt to access another user's data or compromise the Service.
• Use the Service to store or distribute illegal, infringing or harmful material.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service.

Posts imported into your library remain the property of their original authors and of Instagram. Wooow does not claim ownership over this material. Thumbnails are cached for personal reference only. You must respect the rights of original creators and not reproduce their content publicly without permission.

Your library is private by default. Data is stored using row-level security so that only you can access your own content. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (for example, the hosting and database providers we rely on).

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that imported thumbnails will remain available indefinitely (Instagram may remove the underlying media at any time).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wooow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
