Free trial

Wooow offers a 7-day free trial with full access to Pro features. No payment information is required to start. If you don't upgrade by the end of the trial, your account is automatically moved to a limited free tier — no charges, ever.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you upgrade to a paid plan and aren't satisfied, contact us within 7 days of the first charge and we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked.

Recurring subscriptions

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; you'll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds on renewal charges are evaluated case-by-case for subscriptions cancelled more than 7 days after a renewal. We don't issue prorated refunds for partial months or partial years.

How to request a refund

Email hello@quickfolio.app from the address tied to your account, with your order/transaction ID. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Brazilian customers

In addition to the policy above, Brazilian consumers are entitled to the cancellation rights set out in the Código de Defesa do Consumidor, including the 7-day right of regret for online purchases.
